Job Description

1.Lead and manage full‑cycle CAPEX projects across China, covering new production lines, equipment replacement, process upgrades, and facility expansion or renovation.

2.Develop project scopes, feasibility studies, investment proposals, timelines, and cost estimates.

3.Coordinate internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Quality, Safety, Supply Chain) and external stakeholders (OEMs, contractors, engineering service providers).

4.Ensure project execution meets safety, quality, timeline, and budget requirements.

5.Drive equipment commissioning, site acceptance tests (SAT/FAT), validation, and handover to operations.

6.Manage CAPEX budgets and project reporting, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance with internal standards.

7.Support optimization of manufacturing capability and implementation of long‑term engineering and sustainability initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related disciplines.

2.5+ years of project management experience in FMCG industries such as food, beverage, cosmetics, personal care, or related manufacturing environments.

3.Proven experience in factory engineering, equipment installation, line commissioning, or facility expansion projects.

4.Familiarity with China regulatory and safety requirements for manufacturing environments.

5.Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage external vendors.

6.Fluent English communication (written & spoken) is required.

7.Ability to travel occasionally within China to factories or partner sites.
