The Successful Applicant A successful Engineering VP should have: Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or a related technical discipline; a Master's degree is preferred. 15+ years of experience in R&D, engineering, and product development within multinational manufacturing environments. Comprehensive knowledge of product innovation, technology development, engineering management, and new product introduction processes. Experience collaborating with global stakeholders and working effectively within complex matrix organizations. Strong commercial awareness, communication skills, and the ability to connect technical solutions with customer and business needs.
