Job Description

  • TmallStoreOperationsManagement:
    • Own and manage the overall operation of the Tmall store, ensuring smooth execution across all operational processes
    • Monitor and analyze core metrics including traffic, conversion rate, sales performance, CPC, and ROI; quickly identify issues and implement optimization actions
    • Work closely with cross‑functional teams including marketing, content, design, performance marketing, customer service, CRM, and logistics to ensure flawless execution of daily operations and campaigns
  • Sales Planning, Tracking,andOptimization:
    • Being responsible for sales forecasting and target breakdown, aligning with platform campaigns and brand marketing calendars
    • Analyze performance from SKU mix, traffic structure, and conversion journey perspectives to continuously optimize growth and efficiency
    • Stay up to date with Tmall tools, campaign mechanics, and policy changes, ensuring timely and accurate promotion setup and execution
  • Inventory Planning &Management:
    • Develop sales forecasts by product and campaign to improve demand planning accuracy
    • Coordinate with supply chain teams to balance sales momentum and inventory health, minimizing stock‑out and overstock risks
  • Platform Coordination &ResourceManagement:
    • Maintain daily communication with the Tmall platform to secure key resources and policy support
    • Translate platform strategies and resources into practical business growth levers

The Successful Applicant

A successful Tmall Operation Assistant Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or above; 3-5 years of hands‑on Tmall operations experience, preferably in beauty or skincare
  • Strong understanding of Tmall rules, backend tools, and campaign mechanisms, with proven ability to apply them in daily operations
  • High data sensitivity with solid analytical skills; able to use data to guide decision‑making
  • Strong cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Results‑driven, highly execution‑focused, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
