Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labour regulations. 理想的求职者 A successful Sr. TA Specialist should have: Proven expertise in talent acquisition within the Technology & Telecoms industry. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms. Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Familiarity with labour laws and compliance requirements in Shanghai. A proactive approach to sourcing and attracting talent. 薪酬待遇 A competitive salary ranging from CNY 500,000 to CNY 520,000 per annum as base pay. An 85% base salary with a 15% bonus structure.
