Job Description * Lead all client relationship management activities to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention* Plan and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR's) with Senior Stakeholders to review performance, identify growth opportunities, and align client priorities with company strategy* Develop and execute Account Plans targeting revenue growth, cross-selling and upselling opportunities within assigned accounts* Manage the roll out of new corporate programs and initiatives, ensuring flawless implementation, training and communication across multiple hotel properties* Oversell and ensure a minimum of 95th Percentile program compliance across Portfolio Accounts, working closely with Key Account Executives and Customer Service teams* Lead and coordinate efforts for New Hotel Openings (NHOPS), including project planning, stakeholder communication and on-boarding support* Identify and resolve risks or issues impacting client satisfaction or contract performance promptly and in a timely manner.* Collaborates cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Marketing and Operations teams to deliver seamless client service* Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members across China* Provides concise and effective ongoing reporting analysis and metrics with respect to strategic, operational and Compliance activities* Work in collaboration with Business Development Manager on New Categories to create full service customer solutions to Increase sales and delivery to NHOPS* Collaborates across the business to launch new corporate initiatives and develop new strategies to increase Year on Year turnover across Corporate Accounts* Participates in project teams, communicates cross-functionally with Internal departments, performing other duties as assigned.
