Job Description

Channel Operations (Overall GMV Ownership)

  • Take full ownership of offline GMV (KA + distribution); build annual/quarterly/monthly plans and cascade targets by channel/region/account with ongoing tracking.
  • Analyze channel performance (sales, growth, share) and adjust strategies promptly to ensure GMV achievement.



Key Account Management (Modern Trade / Key Accounts)

  • Manage daily partnership with KAs (supermarket chains, appliance retailers, department stores, etc.), understand their business model, and create tailored joint business plans (promotions, pricing, supply assurance).
  • Lead merchandising & promotion execution: secure prime displays (endcaps / stacks), plan and run key campaigns (holidays, store anniversaries, member days) and coordinate cross-functions (marketing, logistics, finance).
  • Manage orders & inventory: ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment; monitor inventory and DOH to prevent OOS/overstock and improve turns.



Distributor Management (General Trade / Distributors)

  • Develop and expand distribution network: source, evaluate, and onboard distributors to grow coverage.
  • Enable partners: establish distributor policies and pricing structure; deliver product training, selling skills training, and marketing support.
  • Build a distributor evaluation mechanism (performance, expansion capability, service level) and optimize the network through incentives or adjustments.



Team Building & Management

  • Define headcount plan and hire key roles; clarify responsibilities and target ownership.
  • Build training & development programs (product, sales, CRM, channel strategy, market analysis).
  • Set performance management and incentive system to drive a strong, results-oriented culture.



In-store Display / Merchandising (Promotional Displays)

  • Design display plans based on store layout, traffic, and target shoppers (location/size/format), including pricing labels and POSM.
  • Ensure execution quality: supervise setup, conduct store checks, replenish stock, and resolve on-site issues to keep displays compliant and impactful.
  • Measure & optimize using traffic, engagement, conversion, and sales metrics.



Store Productivity Optimization (Sales per sqm)

  • Collect and analyze store data (sales, traffic, display, inventory) to identify key drivers and track improvements.
  • Optimize assortment and planograms: increase high-margin/high-velocity SKUs and phase out low performers; refine shopper flow and prime placement to improve conversion.
  • Upgrade frontline capability and service process to enhance customer experience, satisfaction, and repeat purchase.



Customer Maintenance & New Business + Market/Competitor Insights

  • Maintain structured customer information and regular visits; deliver monthly new customer acquisition targets.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis (product/pricing/channel/promo) and provide actionable recommendations to management.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years in offline channel sales/channel management (small appliances/consumer electronics/FMCG); SEA experience is a plus.
  • Proven capability across KA and distribution: negotiation, listing, merchandising, promotions, and sell-out acceleration.
  • Strong commercial & analytical mindset: manage with GMV, growth, share, inventory turns, DOH, etc.
  • Excellent execution and cross-functional coordination (marketing, supply chain, finance).
  • Team leadership experience: hiring, coaching, target setting, and performance management.
  • Willingness to travel frequently; strong English/Chinese communication is a plus.
