This role will focus on developing strategic partnerships with key modern trade customers such as Freshippo (Hema), Sam's Club, Aldi, and other lea*ding retail accounts. The position requires a lea*der who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and deliver sustainable business growth.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

1、Lea*d and execute the overall retail sales strategy for China, driving revenue growth and market expansion

2、Develop and manage key account relationships with major modern trade clients (Hema, Sam's Club, Aldi, etc.)

3、Identify new business opportunities and expand channel coverage across modern retail formats

4、Drive annual business planning, sales forecasting, and performance tracking

5、Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, and joint business plans with key customers

6、Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, supply chain, operations) to ensure seamless execution

7、Build, mentor, and lea*d a high-performing sales capability

8、Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to shape business strategy

The Successful Applicant

Preferred Qualifications 

1、Bachelor's degree or above

2、Minimum 10+ years of experience in retail sales / key account management within China market

3、Proven track record managing key modern trade clients (e.g., Hema, Sam's Club, Aldi)

4、Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset

5、Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities

6、Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills

7、Entrepreneurial, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
