Reporting directly to Retail Director, this Retail Operations Manager oversees all domestic direct stores, covering data analysis, inventory governance, process setup and cross-department collaboration. You will conduct regular global stakeholder presentations in fluent English and deliver operational optimisation end-to-end.

Job Description

  • Report directly to the Retail Director, take full ownership of nationwide DTC store operations under the Retail department.
  • Analyse store sales data, deliver actionable strategies to consistently achieve sales forecasts.
  • Develop, roll out and iterate full retail SOP systems, implement rigorous inventory management processes.
  • Proactively identify operational pain points and drive end-to-end nationwide store improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of DTC retail operations management experience
  • Hands-on experience building retail SOP frameworks and delivering end-to-end cross-functional projects.
  • Proven track record of analysing sales data and driving teams to overachieve sales and profit KPIs
  • Advanced Excel, professional PPT presentation capabilities and practical AI tool application skills.
  • Strong cross-department coordination, stakeholder alignment and internal project communication skills.
  • Fluent spoken English for global stakeholder communication.
