Manage all aspects of deal negotiations, due diligence, deal structuring, acquisition underwriting and financing by working with both internal departments and external agents or consultants. Develop and cultivate good relationships with strategic/joint venture partners, local government and external agents or consultants. Carry out market / customer research and analysis, keep abreast with industry and market trends to support investment / divestment strategies and policies that are aligned to the overall business strategy. CFA preferred Minimum 10 years of relevant real estate investment experience in foreign and local company, with proven business development, investment achievements and established business network Good business acumen, analytical skill in structuring of deal and joint venture agreements with business partners.
