With Degree in Finance, Investment or Real Estate. CFA or CPA qualifications a bonus. Experience in managing operating assets from both financial and property management perspectives. Proficiency in finance-modelling and managing asset enhancement plans is required. Outstanding organisational, time management and planning skills in order to cope with multiple large-scale responsibilities. With excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Be able to adapt well to different business environment changes.
