Manage the fund's portfolio, including asset allocation, performance monitoring, and risk management. Negotiate and execute investment transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing arrangements. Prepare and present regular reports on the fund's performance and investment activities to investors and stakeholders. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry players, including brokers, lenders, and developers. Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and new investment strategies. Minimum of five years of relevant experience in asset management or fund management, logistics-related portfolio management is a plus. Experience in asset allocation, risk management, and portfolio optimization is essential. Proficient in real estate market analysis, financial modeling, and investment valuation techniques. Familiarity with real estate investment trusts (REITs) and other real estate-related financial instruments is a plus. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends. Strong modeling and PPT skills; Fluent in English.
