Prepare offer documentation and support a smooth handover once a candidate has accepted. Maintain accurate recruitment records to provide clear visibility of hiring progress and activity. Represent the employer professionally in candidate interactions and external recruitment activity. 理想的求职者 A successful 'Recruiter/Sr. Recruiter - Us Chemical Group' should have: Experience managing recruitment processes from initial briefing through to offer acceptance. Ability to source, assess and engage candidates for a range of vacancies. Experience working with hiring stakeholders to clarify recruitment needs. Ability to conduct structured candidate screening conversations. Experience coordinating interviews, feedback and candidate communications. Ability to maintain accurate recruitment records and track hiring activity. 薪酬待遇 Permanent employment contract. Salary of CNY 343000 to CNY 373000. 13+13m*15%bonus. Location: Shanghai.
