Job Description Project Ownership Manage the full lifecycle of automotive plastic component projects from RFQ to SOP Drive APQP activities and ensure timely and compliant PPAP submissions Deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with customer quality expectations Proactively identify and mitigate risks such as tooling delays and design changes Customer & Stakeholder Management Serve as the main interface with customers on technical topics and project progress Manage change requests and ensure clear communication throughout development Coordinate cross-functional teams (tooling, production, quality) to achieve key milestones Technical & Quality Oversight Oversee development processes including material selection, tooling, and validation Help resolution of molding issues, dimensional deviations, and tolerance issues Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and relevant automotive standards (e.g. VDA 6.3) Cost & Delivery Control Manage project budgets and optimize tooling and material costs Production ramp-up and continuous improvement in capacity The Successful Applicant Background & Experience Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field Minimum 3 years of project management experience in automotive components Proven track record of delivering projects into mass production Technical Management Solid knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and MSA Good knowledge of automotive injection molding processes Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities across functions Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Fluent in both English and Chinese, able to work directly with global customers Preferred PMP certification Experience working with Bosch or similar Tier 1 customers Familiarity with automotive injection-molded parts requirements What's on Offer Opportunity to work with international automotive customers End-to-end ownership of high-impact projects Fast-growing manufacturer in South China Contact Lily Wen Quote job ref JN-052026-7023976 Phone number +8675536350520 Job summary Function Engineering & Manufacturing Specialisation Engineering Design, R&D and NPI What is your area of specialisation?
