Job Description

  • Identify and assess potential merger and acquisition opportunities in line with business needs.
  • Prepare financial analysis, valuation materials and business cases to inform transaction decisions.
  • Coordinate due diligence activities and organise relevant information for transaction reviews.
  • Review financial and commercial information to highlight key considerations for proposed deals.
  • Develop clear presentation materials, models and summaries for internal decision-making.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external advisers to progress transaction activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of deal activity, analyses and supporting documentation.
  • Contribute to transaction planning and execution, helping to keep activities organised and timely.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'M&A Manager' should have:

  • Experience in merger and acquisition transactions, including transaction assessment and execution.
  • Strong financial analysis and valuation capability.
  • Experience preparing financial models, business cases and decision materials.
  • Ability to coordinate due diligence work and review transaction information.
  • Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external advisers.
  • Clear written communication skills for presenting financial and commercial findings.

What's on Offer

  • Permanent contract.
  • Salary of CNY 700000 to CNY 750000.
