Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Oversee employee relations, recruitment, and retention initiatives.
  • Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance on professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive organisational change and culture initiatives.
  • Analyse HR metrics to optimise workforce planning and productivity.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Provide support and coaching to managers on HR-related matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRM (SH) should have:

  • Experience in human resources management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
  • Proven ability to manage HR operations and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
