Job Description We are seeking an HR Business Partner to support business operations across Shenzhen, Thailand, and Dubai. This role will partner closely with regional leadership teams to drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, and HR initiatives that support business growth.Key responsibilities include: Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders across multiple locations. Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on overseas hiring across Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. Support employee relations matters and provide HR guidance on people-related issues. Drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning initiatives. Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and company policies across supported regions. Partner with regional and global HR teams to implement HR programs and projects. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness. Support change management and organizational development initiatives as required. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above. Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with solid HRBP and talent acquisition exposure. Proven experience recruiting for overseas markets, particularly Southeast Asia and/or the Middle East. Strong understanding of international recruitment practices and cross-cultural stakeholder management. Experience supporting regional or multi-country businesses is highly preferred. Strong business partnering capability with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent English is required, with the ability to conduct interviews and business discussions independently. Experience from multinational companies, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, hospitality, or international business environments will be advantageous.
