Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives across the APAC region.
  • Manage talent acquisition, management, and retention initiatives to support organisational growth.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
  • Drive employee engagement and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations across multiple countries.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop workforce planning and succession strategies.
  • Manage HR budgets and optimise resource allocation effectively.
  • Provide guidance and support on complex HR issues and organisational changes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR VP, APAC should have:

  • A strong background in human resources management within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Proven experience in HR operations across multiple countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the APAC region.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills to manage complex organisational needs.
  • A demonstrated ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
