Job Description Finance Transformation Project Leadership & Governance Own and drive end-to-end delivery of the Finance Planning Tool (Tagetik), including roadmap, timeline, and execution. Lead vendor management, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality delivery. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Supply Chain, Brand Control, Accounting, FP&A) to ensure alignment across regions and functions. Oversee parallel workstreams critical to successful rollout. Requirements & Solution Design Partner with business teams (Brand, Back Office, SN, HR, FP&A) to identify needs and process gaps. Facilitate workshops and translate business requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work with architects and developers to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions. Lead dashboard design to support planning, forecasting, and performance tracking. Data & Analytics Integration Ensure seamless integration between Tagetik and data warehouse systems with strong MDM practices. Validate data quality and enable robust variance analysis through detailed data reviews. Testing, Change & Adoption Lead SIT and UAT, ensuring solution readiness for deployment. Drive change management to support smooth business transition. Train key users, provide post-go-live support, and continuously improve based on feedback. The Successful Applicant Experience & Education Bachelor's degree (or above) in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields. 8-10+ years of experience, including 3-4+ years in FMCG industry. Strong understanding of both e-commerce and offline commercial models, including trade terms, A&P, and ROI analysis. Proven track record in contributing to end-to-end implementation of financial planning tools (e.g., Tagetik, Anaplan, Hyperion, SAP BPC). Technical Expertise Solid foundation in financial planning and budgeting processes (P&L, rolling forecasts, cash flow). Skilled in data mapping, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and data modeling; SQL knowledge is a plus. Hands-on experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and integrating complex data sources into unified structures. Leadership & Soft Skills Strong project leadership with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment and navigate complex stakeholder environments. Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into clear, executive-level insights.
