Factory Operations Knowledge: A solid understanding of factory operations, production processes, and supply chain management. Familiarity with manufacturing cost components and cost control mechanisms is essential. Financial Proficiency: Expertise in financial analysis, including but not limited to P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Proficiency in using financial modeling tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SAP) is required. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, draw actionable insights, and communicate these insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
