Job Description Lead and manage rewards consulting and workforce analytics projects from planning through implementation. Partner with clients to understand business objectives and develop compensation and total rewards solutions. Conduct market benchmarking, job evaluation, compensation analysis, and workforce data assessments. Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations. Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. Present project findings and recommendations to senior HR and business leaders. Support business development activities and contribute to proposal development where required. Guide and mentor junior team members, providing coaching and project oversight. Collaborate with cross-functional consulting teams to deliver integrated client solutions. Stay informed about market trends, compensation practices, and workforce developments across relevant industries. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline. Approximately 6+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, Human Capital Consulting, Workforce Analytics, or broader HR functions. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively. Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and influence decision-making processes. Strong communication and presentation skills in both Mandarin and English. Previous experience within consulting, professional services, or multinational environments would be advantageous. Industry exposure to Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, High Technology, or Manufacturing sectors would be beneficial. Proficient in developing client relationships and delivering high-quality consulting solutions. Self-motivated, collaborative, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
