As part of its continued global expansion strategy, the company is investing significantly in international commercial capabilities and is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to drive talent acquisition efforts across overseas Sales, Marketing, and Service functions.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage a team of 5-7 recruiters supporting international hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies across overseas Sales, Marketing, and Service functions.
  • Partner closely with business leaders and HR teams to understand workforce planning and talent requirements.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-to-senior level positions.
  • Build high-quality talent pipelines across global markets.
  • Enhance employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor recruitment performance metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality.
  • Coach, develop, and mentor team members to strengthen recruitment capability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different regions and functions.
  • Drive market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitor benchmarking activities.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Solid recruitment experience gained within multinational companies, consumer technology, internet, electronics, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Proven experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Customer Service, or international business functions.
  • Previous people management experience, ideally managing a recruitment team of multiple recruiters.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
  • Experience supporting overseas or international hiring initiatives is highly preferred.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify trends and improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Strong project management and talent mapping capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to use English as a working language in business discussions, presentations, and stakeholder interactions.
  • Proactive, resilient, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
