Job Description Partner with regional and global business leaders to align HR strategies with business priorities. Provide strategic HR business partnering support across overseas markets and regional teams. Drive organizational design and workforce planning initiatives to improve effectiveness and support business growth. Lead talent management programs including succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement activities. Support performance management processes and facilitate talent reviews with key stakeholders. Partner with Centers of Excellence on compensation, benefits, learning and development, talent acquisition, and employee relations initiatives. Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions. Guide business leaders through organizational changes and transformation initiatives. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with local employment regulations and company policies. Lead, coach, and develop HR team members where applicable. Manage complex stakeholder relationships across different countries, functions, and business units. Support regional HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related discipline. Extensive HR Business Partner experience within a multinational organization or complex business environment. Proven experience supporting senior executives and business leaders. Strong expertise in organizational development, talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive HR initiatives across geographically dispersed teams. Strong business acumen and ability to understand commercial priorities. Experience working with international teams and navigating cross-cultural environments. Strong project management and change management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities. Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills. Experience in Electronics, Technology, Consumer Electronics, Manufacturing, or related industries would be advantageous. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
