We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee our fruit wholesale channel, responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the wholesale sector. This role requires a deep understanding of fruit supply chains, wholesale distribution networks, and a proven track record in B2B sales within the fresh fruit industry.

About Our Client

The client is a multi-national trading company focus on FMCG product line. They are now under fast-development stage with huge cash support from the group company.

Job Description

● Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve wholesale revenue targets, focusing on volume growth, market penetration, and margin optimization.

● Manage and nurture relationships with key wholesale clients, including distributors, grocery chains, foodservice providers, and regional markets.

● Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the wholesale customer base, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure long-term partnerships.

● Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, product quality, and inventory management aligned with wholesale demand.

● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics in the fruit wholesale sector, providing insights to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

● Prepare regular sales reports, including forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics, for senior management review.

The Successful Applicant

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field; master's degree is a plus.

● 3-5 years of proven sales experience in fruit wholesale channels.

● Strong knowledge of fruit varieties, seasonal availability, quality standards, and wholesale distribution channels.

● Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric mindset.

● Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

● Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

● Willingness to travel regularly to meet clients, attend industry events, and visit markets.

● Fluent English - both written and oral
