职责描述

Drive distributors and customers with product knowledge, application expertise and technical sales. Through product presentations, training and customer interactions, you help position our solutions clearly in the market. You act as a technical sparring partner for customer projects and application development, ensuring that market needs are translated into relevant and workable solutions
In parallel, you monitor market and consumer trends and translate these insights into strong technical marketing content, product positioning and go-to-market stories. You work closely with sales, marketing, R&D and supply chain to ensure consistent messaging and coherent customer solutions
By aligning technical solutions, market insights and internal expertise, you contribute to the successful implementation of our Health & Beauty strategy in China and for sustainable growth
You report to the General Manager of the sales affiliate

理想的求职者

You hold a master's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry or a related field, or bring equivalent experience
You have 3-5 years of experience in technical marketing or technical sales within the health and beauty industry
Knowledge in health and beauty ingredients, applications and market dynamics, with formulation knowledge as an asset
Drive distributors and customers and translate technical concepts into clear customer value
You work effectively in an international, cross-functional environment.
You demonstrate an excellent, sound level of English and willing to travel up to 75%
