The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for achieving revenue and gross Profit objectives. You will manage selling the assigned product portfolio and/or any additional exciting vendor products to be added in near future, collaborate with the vendors to plan, develop and execute solid business plan and manage complex deals to help to grow the business.
As the sales General Manager, you will directly be involved in business development and aftermarket service activities across the assigned region, to achieve sales goals, profit level as well as market share target. This will be done through utilizing a combined sales force of technical sales person as well as distribution partners. You will also be accountable for coordinating with different functional leaders and supporting units.
Responsible for the day to day management of the Tmall, Website and WeChat mini-program, ensuring all customer facing channels are up to date, relevant and localised to the market.Create and plan performance marketing campaigns and trading strategies, in line with the brand vision, to maximise data capture and achieve budgeted sales and profit targets.
1.Formulate the company's commercialization strategy, including market positioning, product pricing, sales channels, sales objectives, sales plans, etc., to achieve the company's business objectives of high efficiency, high quality, sustainable growth and Profit maximization.2. Collaborate closely with product development and customer success teams, participate in product design, development, and improvement work, and ensure that products can meet market demand. At the same time, develop a product promotion plan, including marketing activities, advertising, etc., to increase product awareness and sales volume.3. Improve the talent density and sales management level of the sales team, and create a sales iron army that can fight tough battles, win battles, and produce a large number of talents.
Develop and manage international channels in the Canadian market, targeting B2B clients and nurturing relationships with existing agency clients to deepen our reach in overseas sales channels.
Manage well of mainland China's business, Drive business growth.Transfer business from countermanded to standardized service mode
You will lead sales ops team and business analysis team to build up the infrastructure and playbook, and turn data into insights and action items and to push the business forward in a scalable way.
