1、根据年度销售指标,制定全年采买规划;2、根据销售增长,制定商品增长的策略和方向。为支撑业务增长,根据各类渠道预算增长需求,制定采买需求;
负责所辖区域的销售计划的前期制定及洽谈,并向经理汇报审核,由经理确认后执行
制定并实施中国的批发战略,确定并培养与该地区主要批发合作伙伴的关系。
上市公司发展第二曲线业务,汇报给总裁,统管集团所有品类采购及管理经营(食品为主),带超过10人团队。
1.根据公司发展战略,制定品牌发展策略和规划,包括行业和竞争对手分析,市场和用户研究,定期对品牌定位和核心用户利益点梳理; 2.建立品牌战略规划、搭建品牌体系以及品牌管理的基础规范、制度、流程;
1-负责线上线下全渠道会员系统项目,参与供应商选型,统筹项目管理,完成全渠道系统按时上线2-负责全渠道会员共性与差异性分析,赋能不同渠道打造差异化的会员营销活动,监控品牌用户渠道流转
