This role leads the Robotics BU, driving business strategy, market expansion, and financial performance while aligning semiconductor capabilities with robotics customer needs.

Reporting to the CEO, the GM will define and execute the unit's commercial and technology strategy, manage its financial performance, and lead cross-functional teams across R&D, product management, marketing, sales, operations and strategic partnerships.

This position is responsible for end-to-end management of the Shanghai and regional business and operation, including business development, manufacturing, supply chain, human resources, and finance. The General Manager will lead the setup and stabilization of the new factory while ensuring effective execution of business strategy and sustainable performance.

The Shipping Engineering Service and Equipment General Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of our business operations. This includes providing engineering and maintenance services, spare parts assistance, and safety services such as fire fighting, life-saving, and rescue. The successful candidate will lead key functions, including commercial sales, supply chain, logistics, engineering, and technical services.

作为战略运营中心总经理负责公司级战略制定与落地，统筹年度经营计划，搭建经营分析与风险识别机制，推动运营效率提升，协调跨部门协作，完善管理制度。
