This position is responsible for end-to-end management of the Shanghai and regional business and operation, including business development, manufacturing, supply chain, human resources, and finance. The General Manager will lead the setup and stabilization of the new factory while ensuring effective execution of business strategy and sustainable performance.

Our client is a privately owned Chinese company specializing in food packaging solutions, with years of operational experience serving domestic customers. The company has continued to expand its manufacturing capabilities to support growing business demand. A newly built production facility in Fengxian, Shanghai, represents a key step in strengthening operational scale and management depth, and the company is now seeking a senior executive to lead overall operations.

职责描述

1.Take full accountability for overall business operations and P&L of the Shanghai entity

2.Manage sales and marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, safety, HR, and finance functions in an integrated manner

3.Lead plant startup, organizational build-up, operational processes, and production ramp-up

4.Establish a capable management team and promote performance-driven execution across functions

5.Work closely with company owners and key customers on business planning and execution

理想的求职者

1.Bachelor's degree or above; background in engineering, manufacturing, or management preferred

2.Solid overall business general management experience within manufacturing, FMCG-related, or packaging industries

3.Proven experience as a General Manager or equivalent role managing a business with revenue around or above RMB 500 million

4.Strong hands-on understanding of manufacturing operations and business management

5.Demonstrated leadership capability, execution strength, and ability to operate in a fast-growing organization

6.Comfortable working in a private enterprise environment with pragmatic decision-making
