Lead the Shenzhen plant to drive plant performance and operational transformation

负责公司供应链及采购管理的整体规划与执行，确保供应链的高效运作，以满足多品种小批量的离散制造需求。

1、负责海外事业部的全面运营管理工作，并根据公司战略规划及行业发展趋势，制定落实事业部经营与销售目标及市场策略和产品策略，并对海外事业部业绩目标达成和预算管控负全责；

2、负责海外产品线规划、产品更新迭代、市场需求、客户需求的研究、及海外产品研发项目推动工作；

1. 负责SAP财务领域日常运维，日常需求分析及处理，系统模块主要是FICO\BW\BPC

2. 主导集团内财务相关项目，与项目团队、IT部门及其他业务单位紧密合作，确保项目目标与业务需求的一致性，共同完成项目目标
