Our client is an international company operating in the specialty ingredients sector, with a long-standing presence in China. The organization supports a broad portfolio of customers across food & beverage, personal care, cosmetics and consumer-related industries, and operates an integrated network covering R&D, application development, and manufacturing.

职责描述

1. Lead industrialization of new products, including scale-up, process validation, and SOP development

2. Oversee pilot trials and manufacturing trials, ensuring successful transfer from development to production

3. Support production by resolving process issues and lead root cause investigations for quality deviations

4. Drive process and product optimization initiatives to improve yield, efficiency, and cost structure

5. Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction programs within the supply chain

6. Collaborate with R&D, production, quality, engineering, procurement, and commercial teams

7. Support demand planning through raw material optimization and reduction of excess or obsolete inventory

8. Manage process design and commissioning of new equipment and CapEx projects (including qualification and validation)

9. Ensure alignment with process safety and food safety requirements, as well as regulatory compliance

理想的求职者

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Food Technology, or Biotechnology

2. 8 years or above of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or industrialization

3. Experience in pilot plant operation and scale-up activities is preferred

4. Familiarity with either following processes is an advantage, such as spray drying, liquid blending, emulsion systems, or formulation

5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize processes

6. Effective communicator with the ability to work across functions

7. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
