全面统筹半导体设备代工事业部的战略规划、业务开发、运营管理及经营绩效，依托公司原有非标自动化设备制造能力，实现向半导体设备代工领域的转型升级。通过搭建高效业务体系、拓展市场份额、提升运营效率，确保事业部达成年度经营目标，成为公司新的利润增长点，树立行业具有代表性的半导体设备代工品牌。

该职位的主要目标是进行集团内部创业，高管与企业的战略合作，承担业务拓展及业务盈亏，并成为业务和运营绩效背后的指导力量。

1. 全面负责公司产品的技术方向研究和总体规划（To C端消费类电子领域），关注行业新技术及趋势，确保技术在业界具备竞争优势，主导，配合业务、解决方案和项目团队完成项目拓展、方案设计、方案讲解和实施落地等工作‌。

• 制定公司3-5年战略规划，明确全球市场拓展路径及产品线布局，依托公司研发、供应链资实现协同。
• 主导年度经营计划，分解营收、利润目标至区域市场及产品线，确保与整体战略对齐。
