1、负责抖音平台直播运营体系的规划与完善，制定抖音电商渠道的全年营销策略，负责直播日常运营，带领团队完成每月的销售目标;
2、依据抖音平台的运营模式制定符合公司及各品牌发展阶段的孵化策略，从产品、内容、用户、推广各方向把控短视频和直播内容;

1、根据电商公司整体经营目标及营销方案，制定相应电商平台/店铺的运营计划，营销方案、销售目标，负责分解和完成年度、季度、月度销售目标；

2、统筹各电商平台以及兴趣电商，针对不同平台有制定有针对性的运营策略；
