职责描述

Develop and execute global procurement and sourcing strategies.
Build and manage a diversified global supplier network.
Oversee supplier selection, qualification, and performance management.
Drive cost reduction and value engineering initiatives.
Conduct supplier negotiations and commercial agreement management.
Partner with engineering and operations teams on sourcing decisions.
Optimise total cost of ownership across key categories.
Mitigate supply risks and improve supply chain resilience.
Oversee purchasing operations and supplier delivery performance.
Ensure procurement policy and contract compliance.
Establish procurement KPIs and continuous improvement programmes.
Develop and mentor a high-performing procurement team.

理想的求职者

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Extensive EE & ME procurement leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of global sourcing and supplier management.
Experience working within multinational organisations.
Proven track record in cost reduction and procurement transformation.
Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with supplier development and risk management.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
Experience with ERP systems and procurement tools.
