As the business continues to expand across China and the Asia-Pacific region, the company is seeking a commercially minded legal professional to join its growing team. 职责描述 Commercial & Corporate Legal Support Provide legal guidance for day-to-day business activities across China; Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements and legal documents; Support corporate governance, entity management and regulatory compliance activities; Advise management on legal risks and business decisions. Intellectual Property Support Assist with the management and protection of the company's intellectual property portfolio; Coordinate with external counsel on registration, maintenance and enforcement activities; Support investigations and disputes involving intellectual property rights; Provide practical IP-related guidance to business stakeholders. Dispute Resolution & Regulatory Affairs Manage litigation, arbitration and other dispute-related matters; Support communications and negotiations with regulatory authorities and relevant stakeholders; Assist with permits, filings and regulatory requirements; Participate in legal risk assessment and mitigation initiatives.
