This role is the key person responsible for overseeing all Plant Operations including; Supply Chain, Procurement, Environmental health and Safety, Manufacturing Engineering and Operational Excellence.

The Plant Manager will be a key staff position tasked with developing a comprehensive Operations strategy / plan and executing the plan in a disciplined manner and in line with Company Operating Advantage (Company OA), lean, principles.

A seasoned Global Operation Head is needed to lead and drive strategic operations for the global manufacturing sites. The role requires exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in manufacturing operations.
