目前工厂处于高速扩张期，产能将从当前提升至7万吨+（2026年底），长期规划产能35万吨（2030年）。现亟需一位具备规模化工厂运营经验及数字化转型能力的资深制造总经理，主导这一关键增长引擎的建设与运营。

作为集团质量与安全管理领域的直接负责人，全面统筹集团全球范围内的质量、安全与产品可靠性管理体系建设，覆盖研发、供应链、制造、交付与运维全生命周期。

1. 负责被动安全产品线（如方向盘、安全气囊）的全价值链管理，从产品开发到全球工厂量产，确保技术、工艺和运营的高效协同。
2. 将统筹全球市场与业务运营，结合工程背景与商业敏锐度，推动产品创新并实现卓越的市场竞争力。

This role carries full operational authority regardless of whether the GM / COO role is formally in place.
