The company provides specialized ingredient and application solutions to the food industry and has established local technical, commercial and operational capabilities in China.With a strong focus on technical expertise, application development and customer collaboration, the China business is continuing to develop its local R&D and technical organization. This role offers an opportunity to work in a multinational environment, collaborate with overseas technical teams, and contribute directly to the development of bakery applications and solutions in the Chinese market. 职责描述 * Lead and develop a 6-member bakery application R&D team, including goal setting, project allocation, performance management and technical capability development.* Manage application development projects from concept and formulation through testing, optimization and commercialization.* Develop and optimize bakery formulations and processes based on customer requirements, market needs and business priorities.* Provide technical support to commercial teams and customers through application trials, product testing and troubleshooting.* Collaborate with global technical and R&D teams on product development, technology transfer and technical projects.* Establish and improve application testing methodologies, technical standards and laboratory practices.* Identify opportunities for new applications, formulation improvements and product innovation.* Support customer trials, technical presentations, product demonstrations and application training when required.* Work closely with Quality, Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to support successful product commercialization.* Monitor bakery industry trends, technologies and consumer needs and translate relevant insights into R&D initiatives.* Ensure R&D activities comply with relevant food safety, quality and regulatory requirements. 理想的求职者 * Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Food Technology, Baking Science or a related discipline.* 8+ years of R&D / Application experience in the bakery industry, with experience from food ingredients companies, industrial bakeries, bakery manufacturers or food brands.* Solid hands-on knowledge of bakery formulation, ingredients, processing and application development.* Proven experience developing an R&D or application team.* Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate customer or commercial requirements into technical solutions.* Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally.* Good spoken English and confidence communicating with overseas technical and R&D colleagues.* Practical, hands-on approach with strong customer orientation and commercial awareness.* Experience in a multinational company or an international working environment is preferred. 薪酬待遇 Competitive salary ranging.Performance-based bonus of 15%. 联系 Chris Qu 职位编号 JN-082026-7092223 联系电话 +86 21 6035 3502 职位概要 职位类别 工程与制造 子类别 工程设计、研发及新产品导入 行业 快速消费品(FMCG) 地区 中国 工作类型 全职 顾问名字 Chris Qu 顾问电话号码 +86 21 6035 3502 职位编号 JN-082026-7092223
