The Head of Customer Service will oversee a team of 100 professionals, comprising Field Service Engineers, Onsite Engineers, and After-Sales Parts Service Sales specialists. This role requires a seasoned director with a proven track record in managing large after-sales service teams within the automation industry, possessing the ability to drive operational excellence, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

1. Drive innovation in molybdenum thin film deposition technology and optimize processes for high-performance semiconductor devices.
2. Oversee a team of process engineers with a focus on technical excellence and professional development.

Lead R&D-driven technical evolution of automotive ball screws and bearings for global Tier 1 clients, focusing on failure analysis, process optimization, and cost-effective mass production to enhance product reliability and achieve ≥15% annual cost savings.

Principal Engineer with expertise in ball screws and bearings dynamics, DFMA, and cross-functional leadership to bridge innovation and scalable automotive manufacturing.

As the Systems Engineering Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing advanced system-level design, development, integration, and validation activities for our interior HMI buttons, digital keys, and battery power management systems. You will lead a team of engineers to ensure the high quality and reliability of our products, while meeting the demanding requirements of the automotive industry.
