As our client expand their footprint in China, they seek a visionary General Manager to lead their China-based manufacturing plant, driving operational excellence, supply chain efficiency, and strategic alignment with company vision.
The Quality Director will lead the development and execution of quality strategies, ensuring compliance with global OEM standards and driving continuous improvement across production and supply chain processes. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on problem-solving, managing customer quality issues and fostering a strong quality culture within a global organization.
This role is the key person responsible for overseeing all Plant Operations including; Supply Chain, Procurement, Environmental health and Safety, Manufacturing Engineering and Operational Excellence. The Plant Manager will be a key staff position tasked with developing a comprehensive Operations strategy / plan and executing the plan in a disciplined manner and in line with Company Operating Advantage (Company OA), lean, principles.
This role is responsible for working and evolving end‑to‑end manufacturing quality activities in China, ensuring products meet demanding customer, regulatory, and market expectations. The position plays a critical role in translating global frameworks into effective local execution while driving continuous improvement across the value chain.
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Director to oversee quality assurance processes and ensure compliance within the life science industry. This role is based in Shanghai and requires a professional with a strong background in quality management and regulatory standards.
