We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the development and execution of new chemical plant investment projects with a minimum investment scale of 300 million RMB in Shanghai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all project phases from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

The product manager works closely with all in- and external stakeholders to provide profitable growth and increase market share. The Product Manager reports to the Director of Marketing APAC/EMEA, in matrix with the local Marketing & Sales Director APAC.

As the Systems Engineering Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing advanced system-level design, development, integration, and validation activities for our interior HMI buttons, digital keys, and battery power management systems. You will lead a team of engineers to ensure the high quality and reliability of our products, while meeting the demanding requirements of the automotive industry.

Achieve lithium sales targets of small and medium size Energy Storage customers in China, as defined by the Key Account Manager, while supporting the development of large new accounts.

• Leads the China marketing strategy helping to formulate the overall strategy to drive awareness and sales of key Brands and new product launches.
• Development and execution of the commercial segment strategy in conjunction with global marketing team.

Identify, develop and close new, profitable and sustainable growth opportunities in the Architectural Specialties Industry within assigned region across the value chain.

Conduct market studies/business reports using appropriate market research tools (FGD, IDI, surveys, etc.) and analyze data reports, either initiated by MI or requested by business departments, to comprehend the external environment in terms of macroeconomics and market landscape. Provide proposals to support business decisions.

This individual will be responsible for sales performance, maintaining customer relationships, expanding into new business areas, and ensuring that sales strategies are aligned with the company's strategic objectives. This individual's technical expertise combined with excellent interpersonal skills will be crucial in providing effective solutions to our customers and achieving our business objectives

this role is responsible for China region holidng company overall finance management and 1 plant overall controlling.

Play a pivotal role in shaping the sustainability strategy and driving digital solutions to be a true differentiator in our business. Collaborating closely with the Market and Competitor Intelligence Manager and the Digital Solution team, you will lead the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives and digital projects.

As a reliable partner to China management team, Strategy Head will be acting as key think tank for business strategy topic, from corporate level to industrial level.

This role is opened for Chemical R&D professionals to be responsible for China business scope and will extend to Asia in the coming future. The opportunity requires screen coating innovation and strong leadership ability to lead a team up to 15-20 people.
