2. Source, screen, and interview candidates for key positions across the region.

3. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, social media, and industry events.

4. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

5. Leverage data and market insights to improve recruitment efficiency and quality of hires.

6. Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance company's reputation in the talent market.

理想的求职者

1. 3+ years of recruitment experience, semiconductor, electronics, or 3C industries are prefered.

2. Proven track record in hiring key positions as engineers and technical positions.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

4. Independent thinker with strong judgment in candidate assessment.

5. Good in English and Maderin both in written and sopken.
