Lead the full recruitment life cycle for overseas positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.3. Build and maintain a robust network of recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and industry events.4. Collaborate with global hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.5. Manage and optimize the recruitment budget to ensure cost-effective and efficient hiring processes.6. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of recruitment practices.7. Stay updated on global labor market trends, employment laws, and other practice in recruitment to ensure compliance and competitiveness. 理想的求职者 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2. Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.3. At least 5 years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record in overseas recruitment.4. In-depth knowledge of international labor markets, recruitment trends.5. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.6.
