My client is a foreign-invested industrial manufacturer catering to clients in heavy industries, marine engineering, and transportation. Their primary sales model consists of 80% through distributors and the remainder through direct sales to key clients. With a current sales volume of approximately RMBRMB 1 billion, we operate manufacturing factories and are seeking to bolster our sales presence in the Chinese market.

职责描述

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in China.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team, including distributors and direct sales personnel, to ensure effective coverage of the heavy industries, marine engineering, and transportation sectors.
  • Identify new market opportunities, particularly in the area of new energy vehicle battery pack technology.
  • Foster relationships with key clients and potential partners to secure long-term contracts and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the production and product development teams to ensure product offerings align with market demands.
  • Oversee sales performance, monitor KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management.

理想的求职者

  • Minimum of 10 years of sales management experience within the industrial sector.
  • Proven track record in selling industrial products, with a client base encompassing heavy industries and transportation (must-have).
  • Fluent in English, with a strong background in a foreign-owned enterprise environment.
  • Experience of managing distributors and developing key accounts (must-have).
  • Deep understanding of the Chinese industrial market, particularly in the targeted sectors.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
