Job Description

  • 负责中国区重点大客户(国央企、能源行业客户,如三桶油等)的业务拓展与客户管理
  • 深度维护现有客户关系,提升客户粘性与长期价值
  • 主导客户的续约(Renewal)及增购(Upsell / Cross-sell),推动业绩持续增长
  • 理解客户在产业链各环节中的业务需求,匹配对应的数据/信息服务方案
  • 与内部团队协同,提供定制化解决方案,提升客户满意度
  • 持续跟进行业发展趋势,挖掘潜在商业机会

The Successful Applicant

  • 本科及以上学历
  • 具备 3-10年B2B销售或大客户管理经验
  • 有服务过国央企 / 能源行业 / 大型企业客户经验优先
  • 熟悉企业客户采购逻辑,能够理解客户在业务链路中的服务需求
  • 具备优秀的客户关系管理能力(Account Management),能够推动存量客户增长
  • 具备较强的商业敏感度、沟通能力及结果导向
