1. 负责200毫米和300毫米硅环、碳化硅耗材以及上电极等关键零部件的机械研发和创新。
2. 领导机械研发团队，确保薄膜沉积设备的机械设计满足行业标准和客户需求。

负责公司整个供应链、计划、质量以及外包制造部门的管理工作，确保公司运营的高效与顺畅。

能够独当一面负责LP关系的维护拓展，LP类型包括但不限于国资政府保险等。

全面负责集团总部及各事业部的营建项目的战略规划、指挥与协调，确保项目按时、按质、按预算完成。定期和集团总裁沟通汇报工作进度。

需主导全球化品牌战略，结合3D NAND闪存技术优势（如Xtacking架构）塑造品牌形象，统筹品牌传播、产业链生态合作及舆情管理。
