The business partners with multinational corporations and large domestic enterprises on topics including workforce strategy, talent, organization effectiveness, rewards, and broader people-related transformation initiatives. To support further growth, the company is seeking an experienced commercial professional to expand its HR Consulting business across China.

Job Description

  • Drive new business opportunities for HR Consulting services across China.
  • Expand relationships within existing enterprise client accounts.
  • Build connections with CHROs, HR leaders, and business decision-makers.
  • Identify client priorities and introduce relevant consulting solutions.
  • Develop market development plans aligned with growth targets.
  • Work alongside consulting teams to convert opportunities into projects.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Track market trends across talent, rewards, and workforce transformation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, HR advisory, talent solutions, or professional services.
  • Proven record of generating consulting revenue and winning new clients.
  • Experience engaging with CHROs and senior HR stakeholders.
  • Strong network within multinational corporations and large domestic enterprises.
  • Commercial mindset with strong client-facing capabilities.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
