As a Merchandising Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our product strategy, optimizing inventory management, and maximizing sales potential.

This position is to drive the growth of online store specializing in cheese & Yogurt and Fruit products.
The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize the online presence, increase traffic, and enhance conversion rates.

A key commercial position and responsible for establishing and driving growth of eCommerce business in China.

The role is expected to deliver end to end activation plans such that ensure company consistently delivers its sales, profit, market share, and customer ranking goals.

全面负责品牌市场战略与销售转化策略，提升品牌影响力与销售业绩，精准覆盖两大核心客群：传统高净值客户与新一代年轻高消费力人群。

线上全渠道营销总监将负责制定和执行线上营销战略，提升品牌的数字化影响力，并带动销售增长。

1.负责管理商品配、补、调、退日常工作；

2.监控商品入库、到店与销售进度，及时反馈并制定补货、转货方案。

工作职责：

负责大数据分析咨询业务的售前客户需求沟通和理解，熟悉企业经营方式，深刻理解企业营销、销售、产研、财务、售后等至少两个以上领域，基于公司的大数据/AI产品和服务为客户定制解决方案

根据公司发展战略目标，全面负责电商版块的统筹规划，完成公司制定的销售目标。

根据销售目标规划，组织产品的市场调研及分析工作，根据消费人群分析和消费者实际需求，结合产品市场表现分析，结合服装产品的品牌定位与营销的市场方向，制订产品结构及产品发展规划，形成商品企划方案。
