Responsible to drive inland logistics business, including warehouse, intermodal (rail, barge & trucking), depot services and other value-added services through organic and inorganic growth. Responsible to achieve / exceed agreed sales targets and business objectives. To generate new business product category, for example intermodal solutions, project logistics solutions, etc.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, supply chain optimisation, and new product development. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive process improvements, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively across departments.
This role covering project management, requires strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
The main task of this role is to support CCO of China to optimise current products and build up new ones to improve the Company's competitive edge in the market, with the ultimate objective of increasing the market share
Lead and execute marketing and business development strategy across China. Supporting both local and Western airframers, identifying growth opportunities, driving market intelligence efforts, and expanding our presence in the region through strategic partnerships and networking.
