Job Description Develop and execute project plans for export projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Lead cross-functional teams to manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Industry, suppliers, logistics providers, regulation, customs team, and supply planning team, to ensure smooth execution of export projects. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or disruptions. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export controls, and sanctions. Analyze project data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Fluent in English is mandatory. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on export operations. Proven track record of managing complex projects in an environment. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Experience with project management tools. Excellent knowledge of international trade regulations, export controls, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of an organization.
