我们正在寻找一位具有战略视野与卓越执行力的工业设计负责人，全面领导公司工业设计中心的团队与项目。该岗位将负责制定设计策略、推动产品创新、提升设计质量，并确保设计成果与公司品牌及市场战略高度一致。
随着业务的不断拓展与技术的日新月异，我们的客户正站在新的起点上，力求在高速电机、低速电机、防爆电机及永磁电机等领域实现产品全面升级，进一步提升市场竞争力，为未来的上市计划奠定坚实基础。目前，公司拥有超过30人的专业研发团队，并承诺将持续加大研发投入。
作为集团国际业务单元核心领导团队之一，参与和负责制定全球海外业务战略、计划以及能力需求和硬件需求。建立、招聘和指导全球应用开发团队，并与原始设备制造商（OEM）和价值链合作，识别关键性能要求和长期技术趋势。开发新产品应用以满足客户需求。制定支持特定行业细分市场新产品或应用增长的计划。
